Me Plaire Boutique ships Monday to Friday excluding holidays. Your order will be processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days of your payment posting. Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation of order and then a shipping notification with tracking once your order has been shipped.
*Custom Dresses are final sale. First come, first server on Custom and Bandage Dresses. Custom Dresses and some Bandage Dresses may take up to two weeks to ship as they will be made per order. Custom Dresses and items that have had alterations are none returnable or exchangeable! If alterations and or adjustments needed, item can be sent back for corrections. Shipping is customer responsibility.

We aim for 100% satisfaction with every purchase from Me Plaire Boutique. Online purchases may be returned or exchanged within 5 days from the date of purchase for ONLINE CREDIT ONLY. All items “On Sale” are FINAL SALE and can not be RETURNED Me Plaire Boutique prides itself in customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for on-line credit. An on-line credit will only be issued if merchandise is returned in it’s original condition, unworn, with tags attached. WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Please Note: The customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs.

EXCHANGE POLICY SWIMWEAR
Me Plaire Boutique SWIMWEAR will gladly accept any regularly priced, unwashed, unworn, and unused swimsuits or cover ups for an exchange. Customers wishing to exchange merchandise purchased online at www.meplaireboutique.com, must contact Me Plaire Boutique within two (2) days of receiving the merchandise for exchange instructions. The merchandise must be accompanied by original sales receipt, a completed exchange form, sanitary stickers (applicable to all bottoms and one pieces) and original hang tags must still be attached. Please refer to our Exchange Process for further details. Exchanges can only be made within the same collection. Me Plaire Boutique will under no circumstances issue store credit.
Unfortunately, Me Plaire Boutique does not offer refunds and our policy is an Exchange Only policy on Swimwear.
All exchanges are subject to $10 exchange fee and shipping charges.
Acceptable reasons for an exchange without the added exchange fee, include the following:
Received merchandise in wrong style, color, fabric, or size
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Shipping charges will apply to exchanges and credit orders.
Exchanges and Store Credits
Once your item for exchange is received your new item will be sent to you. Please allow 4-5 days processing time. Exchanges and store credits must be made for in-stock items and cannot be used with a discount coupon code or on pre-order items.
Once an exchange is made the exchange cannot be returned again for exchange nor credit.

Merchandise Credits issued by Me Plaire Boutique may be redeemed for merchandise only at www.meplaireboutique.com. Merchandise Credits are not Gift Cards and they are non-transferable. Merchandise Credits cannot be reloaded.
Merchandise Credits cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed.
To redeem your Merchandise Credit online, enter in the account number.
Merchandise credits have no expiration date, and there is no fee to reactivate the card if it has been unused for a long period of time.
Merchandise credit can only be used one time.
All items are fully inspected and shipped in pristine condition. However, should you receive a defective item please notify us within two days of receipt to be eligible for a return.
